PAL Lab

The Phasor Assisted Learning (PAL) Lab, led by Dr. Anamitra Pal, is in the School of Electrical, Computer, and Energy Engineering at Arizona State University (ASU) located in Tempe, Arizona. The lab performs fundamental and applied research in the power and energy domain.

Active research areas include:

• Data Analytics using Time-Synchronized Measurements
• Artificial Intelligence (AI) Applications in Power Systems
• Energy Modeling and Smart Grids
• Critical Infrastructure Resilience

• 04/24/2023: Shiva Moshtagh awarded Iranian American Alumni Scholarship for the Academic 2023-2024 Year. This award is an academic scholarship and is given based on academic merits and community performance.

• 07/12/2022: Behrouz Awarded Joseph Barkson Fellowship from Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering for the Academic 2022-2023 Year. This is his second time being awarded with the fellowship.
